Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
Nervous or aggressive dogs must be kept under control at all times. Any biting or aggressive
behaviour will not be tolerated and can lead to termination of your booking.

General
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not
brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left
the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose
behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak
to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. between 01/03 and 14/07 and between 01/09 and
01/01.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 15/07 and 31/08.

Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Fire pits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Open fires are prohibited.
Firearms are not permitted.

Vehicles
The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
We are not permitted to tow vehicles on site or off the track. Please ensure you have a adequate
recovery service in case this is required.
