Beach parking for non residents is no longer permitted.

Please note that your balance will be automatically taken 30 days before your stay. Should you wish to pay in cash on arrival, please email us at info@pencarnanfarm.co.uk and we may be able to arrange this.

We do not issue refunds or move or amend bookings within 30 days of arrival. We advise all guests to take out holiday insurance should the value of their holiday be such that they would require a refund should they not be able to come for any reason.

Booking is essential during school holidays. We have a limit on numbers on the site because we don’t want to run out of water!  Anyone who has watched the ITV series St Davids Britains Smallest City will know Sian & Alan’s obsession with the water situation. If you haven’t watched it, here’s the link.

Pitches are booked according to field. If you are meeting others, please make sure you are booked into the same field. We don’t allocate pitches ahead of time, but leave plenty of space so you usually won’t have a problem pitching nearby. At busy times, that may not be possible.

Pitches are 10m x 10m. Prices are per person/dog/hookup.

If you fancy a bit of luxury while on Pencarnan, Nights Under Canvas is a local company that can set up/take down bell tents for you, meaning all you need to do is turn up and enjoy your holiday! You will still need to book a pitch at Pencarnan, and book in with Nights Under Canvas separately.

BBQs and fires fine outside tents as long as they are kept off the grass and in metal containers.

Open fires possible on Porthsele beach which is a short walk away from the camping and caravan fields, logs and kindling available in the shop.

Dogs on leads are welcome, and there is no ban on Porthsele beach below our land. Our neighbouring beach Whitesands implements a dog ban from May – September.

Arrival must be after 9am and before 8pm unless arranged otherwise.  Vacation of pitch by 12 noon.
